Gambling karma.... TO TIP OR NOT TO TIP?

Featured Comment

I believe in gambling karma and have witnessed it play out , for example, while playing blackjack at a casino,  a player at the table wins hand after hand but does not tip the dealer,  later you see them lose all thier winnings... I've also witnessed players tipping every time they win and walking away with their winnings...

I've noticed that the more selfish the gambler , the more likely they are going to walk away with less winnings...

Has anyone witnessed that same kind of karma here at stake? Do people who tip the most usually win more on average?

How about the players that beg for tips and then win without tipping anyone,  which type of gambler typically does better in your opinion?

I think it's great to tip when your luck is on the upswing, and I try to do that as often as I can

I've found that the more often I give surprise tips to people I chat with on Stake, then I tend to receive random tips when I am down on my luck and  need a boost.

when it comes to games at a table with a dealer that you can tip, usually blackjack but sometimes roulette. i feel like you should tip the dealer if you win, even if its a little amount. not sure if it will improve your karma or luck or anything, but if you tip at a restaurant why wouldn't you tip at this table?

I don't usually tip because its my money that I won.

Well then maybe once you might loose it all if you are not generous and greedy :P

I do not really think from the point of view in tipping for karma but I just help out especially close friends whenever I can afford to. :)

Karma is real and I do believe in tipping to win.   I do try to tip others when I win if I can.   Sometimes I can’t cuz I owe on loans or have a big bill to pay.

I think if tipping makes oyu lose focus then you shouldnt. or atleast tip at the very end. I have busted a lot of coins because i get too excited from tipping and trivia, and then i try betting again and bust quickly.

I used to bet and tip like that, like two times I won big, I tipped like half of my profits. Anyways, it didn't end up very well while I got frustrated of the spam I got and busted everything due to rage and anxiety. Karma might work at real life, when you actually tip/ give money to people who are really i need, I guess it should work this way. Stake has many beggars who won't apreciate anything, luck will be gone after a while and you'll probably get anxious to tip the ones who you forgot or something until it becomes a massive bust. I literally stopped tipping randomly due to that, so right now, I might tip real friends once I'll win anytime.

Hmmm.. funny this pops up as this topic has been clouding my lately..

Theres a few that i will always help no matter what as they have showed the same  curteosy time and time again.. But i am going to be more selective on who tip from now on.. Theres been a few thats around when tbey need something and are tne first ones to PM for help whenever i hit HR, yet are somewhat of a ghost when having a tough time and busted balance.. Just always taking, and will say whatever to get it, but all empty words.. dissapoinent after dissapointment.. But thats on me as i knew this, but still tried to be nice and empathetic.. oh well.. live and learn..

I am a very firm believer in tipping and a little  in karma lol.  I have tipped out a ton and as broke as I am now I can say that I have had some pretty epic wins over my time gambling .

Of course I tip people, especially to my friends when I won some money. Some time I win more after tip certain people and sometime I bust what I have won before after tip or made rain. So, I really don't know about karma in tiping. I just try to help them, they might have nothing to play.

It's like "I am playing,bro!! Let's play together!!"
