I can say one thing about support for now. Your hiding skills are amazing

 After getting a email with a promo offer I tried to sign in. Didn't work. Nothing new.. it's happening from Day one. Shortly after You confirmed my account, documents and so so on I couldn't sign in. You refuse accepting my goole or Facebook to log The email today said " if you got problems use Livechat" I learned not to email you because not one answer came back from a human being. 

Live chat soud great, but it's useless  when the Probleme is account access. Because one have to be signed in to use it You run a. Facebook site where I can't leave a comment, same Telegramm. 

Asking you via email to delete my account gets ignored from you because I still get promo. That leaves us here. I can't sign in., You won't let go.  Here is what I like you to do 

Frank Wetzig, born 22.02.......in Rostock. I live in Cologne. This should  be enough to look up my details. You got it all phone, adress, my bank details.  I can confirm it all. Would be great a human uses my account details to get in touch.

100/10 for the support, they were always there when I needed it, always very kind and listening to me, !! I love you all

Whew I was about to make a forum of this, but I found this! 

I have a bit of experience with Support, some ending in anger but understanding. The people I've had good experience with is Aleksander and Andjela. Thank you for your help and understanding. 😌

On the Stake Chat though I've seen Mina and Jovan be really helpful. They also help out with challenges and have patience with chat.

The role of the support staff is to insulate the management team.
This is to ensure that the management team's day is spent totally wasted, and avoid dealing
with angry players and their low level, low priority issues.
IF you want a better support service you need to take care of the
smaller issues yourself. This will free up support staff to deal with more serious issues.

I love stake's support. Compared to other sites I use (not limited to gambling) stake's support is first class.

Best thing about support is you feel there is a human being talking to you. They don't just give you the info, the add their opinions/emotions as well which makes it unique.

- Once support couldn't solve my issue and he knew I was right and he wrote they he really wished he could help me but there is nothing he could do.

- Another time after explaining me how to participate in a promo he wrote that I don't need to but he would keep bet id's in case. 

Idk if I am overestimating these things but as a custumer these things mean alot to me. 

Sometimes it feels like they don't even read what you write and copy/pasted something but most of the time they are great.

Finally there’s this.

Well, let me first put out a disclaimer to those who had an excellent service/support received from the chat support ( Casino ). This isn’t for you and i’m glad you guys had a taste of it coz I DON’T. And never had. 
 

i won’t be ranting through all of my experiences, instead i’ll go straight to the most recent.

This happened a couple of days ago when i came to support “ again “ though i already what to expect. Still maybe there’s somebody there who can somehow talk with sense and logic as the problem is quite simple actually. So here it is :

I was browsing stakes TG and dead on the bonus link had just been posted, and so i clicked on it, tried to redeem it but got an error of “ Bonus not found “. I got curious since the only significant requirement for it be claimed was the 10k wager in the last 3 weeks. I went on and requested for the statistics of my current wager, i got em, and it showed $13,928 this was Aug 14 2021. The only data i needed then would be that of the previous 4th week to know if wether or not i hit the requirement, i then went on to check my previous 4th week stats and realized that the total wager for that week was about $2,347. Simple math should give a sum of roughly more than 10k on the following weeks as total. Or am i missing something?

 

This was basically the subject i had discussed with support, and just to cut the story short i was told i can’t use the logic of computing for the previous weeks wager and deduct it to the current wager. And i so still kept my cool and asked the support, what is your way of figuring out then how much i wagered right at this moment? He said, “ i can’t give you that information “. I turned my phone off i was so pissed off and told myself that it going to be the last time i will ask for support. I’m sorry there’s a few more almost similar to this. But its going to take too long ang i don’t want to spend anymore time for these supports. So please train them well. That’s all i ask.

that only means , that nothing will change in the future.

Support do what they are told to do and they do it with the limited resources afforded to them by the management team. They are given the responsibility to help players but not given the resources or authority to make sure those issues are resolved. If there are problems with stake support then you need to look further up the chain to the insulated few, as it is those who are responsible for the current level of support provision.

This is a support service, not a game quest) That is why this service was invented to help in resolving issues. Why then is it needed?

Support have always been good~ The only thing is the response speed of my VIP host

Customer Service told me to consider time zone different, but in fact that should be something Stake should consider

If i texted him via Telegram (afternoon time for him), and didnt get reply for 12 hours? 

So this is happening because i am not being considerate?

Just the speed of response .... other than that.it's all good

The role of support is primarily to insulate the management team from players with "issues". This allows the management team to get on with the important tasks suitable for their level of experience, some of which may include but not limited to:

  • counting money
  • creative accounting
  • tax avoidance
  • interviews with FBI agents
  • attending sporting events 
  • trying to finish their online MBA with the University of Lagos

    I could go on, but what's the hurry.

Yes they are supporting the management Team. That's the primary role of any support service.
