- buenas, he tenido un problema con el exchange, en vez de enviar hacia mi cuenta le envie a la dinabanc. Me confundi viendo el video. Porfavor arregleme esto lo mas rapido posible.

I refunded it back, to account and currency, how it was received.

Video tutorial is just an example. You should use your own usernames in exchange, not mine.

Also, at the end of the same video, you can see big screen: "With any questions contact our support". Kindly please, use support in exchange site instead of forum topic next time.

Bot can't guess, which of your tips you would like to merge. Every single tip must have separate exchange form filled.

Hi Dina and Rack!

How are you two doing?

I ran into an error today while using the site and exchanging BTC to XRP.  I tipped and then got an error.  I sent a message on live chat, but did not get a reply so was not sure if you got it.  I also followed up with an email, and then an email with a screenshot of the error.

Just wanted to check and make sure everything was good as I had not got the credit yet.  Sent from SammyA123 on Stake to SammyA123 on PD.

Every single support ticket/email is always checked and answered, so was yours too :)

I wasn't answering all 3 your emails tho, as all of them were for the same case.

It's a bot, not human, it can't guess, which of your tips you would like to merge. So each tip must have a separate exchange form filled, it was explained in support reply to you this morning.

No need to panic so much... You've sent 4 support tickets, personal messages to me in forum, in Telegram, and to Dinabot in Stake (it's a bot, it won't answer). Every single support ticket is always replied and solved, with exception of slight delay when it's night here. No vacations, no days off :) Dinabot is working more then a year so far, and it didn't take even one not own satoshi :)

Thanks for resolving the issue I had.  I confirm I got my coin back to my original account.  Just as a suggestion, maybe if a transaction fails, you can automatically tip back the senders account with the same coin they sent you?  In my opinion, that would be better then having your customers wait until someone can fix the issues manually and would probably save you a bunch of tickets. 

I love your service and I rarely run into issues using dinabot, and the first time I've had to wait for a response.  I just didn't know what was going on so I sent all the documentation you requested in multiple contact attempts spaced out over time as it was a little unclear on what needed to be done with the screen shots, and offline live chat message.

We were thinking about auto refunds since very beginning, but it opens too much "holes" for potential exploits, as exchange fail reasons might vary. I'm sure sooner or later we will find best approach to this :)
