This week your task will be to talk about your national cuisine! We want to know all about the food from your place!

You'd have to describe one of your favorite dishes or sweets from your country. Write a couple of lines about it, explain it in one message and that will be your entry (please, don't forget to attach a photo of the dish you picked!)

Discord has voice and many language channels, giveaways, gifs, music, anything you could wish for at this point. Of course, if you have ideas for improvement there, please, do not hesitate to suggest here and we will reconsider adding them since we have an open ear for all the players and their suggestions :) This thread will use for any questions and doubts that you might have as well!

***How will this promotion work?***

All entries will be reviewed by the team, and the users that we feel presented his/her local cuisine the best and gave their best efforts, will get prizes.

We will review the activity log of the chatters in the following 48 hours and the prize pool of 0.002 BTC will be shared among the best batch there - constructive chatters, not spammers, not trouble-makers, and we will try to be as objective as possible :)

Tick-tock! Tick-tock!

The Kapampangan term “sisig” means “to snack on something sour”, which usually refers to fruit, often unripe or half-ripe, sometimes dipped in salt and vinegar. The term could also be the method of preparing fish and meat, which is marinated in a sour liquid, such as lemon juice or vinegar, then seasoned with salt, pepper, and other spices. This dish here, sisig, is a Filipino dish made from parts of pig’s head and liver, which is usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers. Usually they put raw egg on it while the sizzling plate is still hot, then stirring makes it to be cooked, most of the filipino make it as a "pulutan" or served with beers or alcoholic drink.

Rawon ( Black Soup)
is a strong rich tasting traditional Indonesian beef black soup. Originally from Surabaya in Indonesian province of East Java. It uses black nuts/keluak (Pangeum edule, fruits of kepayang tree) as the main seasoning which gives the strong nutty flavor and dark color to the soup.
Rawon is one of the oldest and the earliest historically identified dish from ancient Java. It was mentioned as rarawwan in ancient Javanese Taji inscription  from the era of Mataram Kingdom..
Rawon is a very delicious dish because it is given a spice spice which in addition to delicious also contains properties to nourish the body especially for flu and fever, rawon is very delicious when served with rice and crackers plus orange juice both cold and warm, when visiting Indonesia especially Java east I recommend you all to try it
