I don't think anybody's gonna answer you for nothing.
First of all, you need to accumulate experience and practice.
Secondly, you have to watch courses, read books, communicate with people and on forums.
Thirdly, you need to be able to analyze and calculate information.
If these three things are fulfilled, success is guaranteed
