Right so, I started gambling around a year and a half ago (August 13th, 2018, the day I turned 18) and I can say gambling has taken a pretty big part of my life ever since.

At times I'd play extremely reckless and I'd often find myself taking out loans from people and being in debt because I was just too uncontrollable at the time.

I've tried my best to quit gambling by occupying myself with different types of activities that also involved money (that was the thrill for me, being able to win money to buy myself food or treat myself for a day or 2), but I always find myself coming back and losing more time, money and patience!

Luckily, I've found myself gambling with smaller amounts as of lately and not doing as many "degen" bets as I used to, for better or worse.

How do you cope with gambling "addiction"; and do you think you gamble too much? (refering to both time and money)

Those two questions summarize exactly what you need to take care of during your betting sessions because forgetting those two points is the most common and generally causes a bad day to day experience.

It is very difficult to stay within limits, but it can be done, it must be done!  Good luck.

I spend so much money on gambling but just I play gambling with extra money when I see now I have good amount extra then I buy Btc and play gambling.

I give not so much time gambling because I have so many other my works when I totally free then I spend time on gambling.

I think that I have found the perfect balance. I take part in mega races, challenges and promotions only when I wager. I try to avoid gambling outside of these times, since I have a lower expected return on my money.

I have a good balance of family life and gambling at the moment, which is perfect for me, and I would recommend everyone to try and find/ work towards a balance.

I am not a virtual gambler, i prefer live matches. Although i have spent a lot of money on betting, i have made average profit also. But due to the pandemic, no sports for now.

Thats one of the reasons i joined stake, and am trying to get used to gambling and which casino game would favour me more.

Well for me, I spend time on gambling  a lot,  Like more than 3 hours of it, but I spend or gamble few compared to an average gambler in general. I don't used to play online and traditional casinos very often but rarely to be suffice, I'm more of a esports gambler just to let you guys know since betting on casinos is just like giving your money to them but "slowly". In modern day esports, I just need some betting decisions about their playstyle, ranks, and the player's ability or rosters on a 5v5 match if they can take out the opposing teams. I'm a csgo fan myself (I told that in some topics on stake forums) do pretty much gambling on sports/esports related. That's why I consume more time than betting.
