Please remove the dedicated VIP host feature

you will agree with me that the vip host feature is very useless.

all they do is actvate your reload and also give you your bonus when you reach the next level.

i think the regular support can do this wthout issues.

the average vip host takes hours and some times more than a day to respond.

most do not even calculate the bonus properly.

please eddie remove  dedicated vip host feature. there is nothing VIP about it.

if you must continue with it, then let them respond to messages as fast as the normal support responds.

IMO the normal support is even more VIP than the dedicated vip host

My host ( @Bojana ) rarely takes more than 30 minutes to respond and it's usually just minutes, she knows how to calculate bonuses properly, and the few issues I've had she's solved painlessly.

You just reached gold so I'm not sure where you're getting this info from, but you shouldn't have to worry about it for a while.

 clearly said the average vip host takes hours to a day to respond. that means majority of them dont respond fast. learn to read and understand before spewing out what you wanna spew

The veteran VIP host are awesome but if you get stuck with a newer one good luck some host give more to their players than others my host the most recent thing he gave me was a block on telegram

Big stfu from me on this one. 

I have to say the treatment and support received from my host, @Jelena, is exceptional.

Issues dealt with without any delay, and followed up on when needed. Always responds to my messages.. even some nonsensical ones. 

I think it's fair to deduce from the handful of replies to this thread.. Really not many joining your bandwagon here.. And generally positive feedback on the hosts.. For those that have them.

@Teflonron I’ll put in pictures but basically I asked if he could refresh the wallet so blockchain explorer and wallet were in sync ignored the question told me to get water in relax and the blocks me on telegram I wasn’t rude or disrespectful

I had a game glitch was kicking me out during rounds and generating 0X betID he said there’s no problems it got taken care of by bugs support provider and tech confirmed my concerns happy with the outcome but this is a whole new level of VIP treatment

I disagree with this suggestion because my Host Maja is honestly so good to me. She's always been helpful and although she doesn't reply straightaway, she does when she is online and working. The thing is, I live in a different timezone than she does. So yeah, you gotta give a few hours buffer to the Host to get back to you. But if you know their working hours, you shouldn't be bothered about a reply from them until then. Do you expect your Host to be online 24/7? They are human beings. Some of them have 200 VIPs under them, if not more. It's not an easy job at all to juggle between replying 100 messages a day from different people with different complaints and requests.

If anyone's at fault here it's Eddie for not hiring more VIP Hosts. But I think Stake has already fixed that issue by giving new players a requirement that they must reach Plat 3 before they get a Dedicated VIP Host. So it's much harder now than it was when I got to Plat 1 in February this year.

I disagree.

VIP Hosts are very useful, helpful, and fast.

Stake has the best support out of every casino, or site.

You maybe just disagree because you've lost your money lol.

It's your problem, not the host.
