I like loooong walks, 20 or 25 km.

But should also start doing other kinds of activity.

I'm pretty sure you have that fit body 😳

Have a regular exercise routine, make sure you do exercise routines about 2-3 times a week at least, best if you can do every 2-3 days

Thank you so much for the fitness tips .. @tyden

I do regular sports 3 times a week (basketball).

And at home I do pumps and jump the rope every evening. I like training a lot. It takes stress outta me.

Such a manly workouts.. how many times you do the pumps and jumps?

I recently started building up my fitness again. Started small walking on my treadmill and slowly changing up the speed/incline/time or distance until I can start running.

Will be doing the same thing soon adding  pushups/sit ups etc into my routine. I'm not really in it for fast results, just as long as they come over time.

It's really not so easy! For both men and women. We can look great when we're young, but remember youth is not eternal. You should definitely help your body stay fit. As for me, I work out regularly. I go to gym 3 times a week, walk a lot, and try to eat healthy food (at least not junk). My gf practice yoga and wants me to join her. I already tried some asanas for beginners and I need to say that I probably couldn't repeat them if I wasn't in shape. I thought yoga was really easy, but it isn't. It really gives your body the same tension as in the gym. All in all, I'm happy I'm in a good fit. Stay healthy folks!

I've been pretty lazy for years, but recently I started doing push-ups everyday and I feel much better. I'm planning to start going to the gym soon.

Very good decision.. keeping yourself fit gives a lot of benefits .
