Completed promotion, did not received prize

Hello, so yesterday I was hoping to receive a prize for last weeks level up promotion, but when I contacted support I found out that I am not eligible because I use more than one account. However I use my other account just to claim monthly or pre-monthly and its not even vip. I dont think its fair reason not to give me a winnings considering I just put in like 200$ to complete the challenge and I was completing challenges for atleast 1year period and it was all good until now.

Yeah that would be obvious but I didnt even open a single game from other account.

This is part of Terms and Conditions for that promotion.

So if you have multiple accounts, you are not eligible for the prize. 

Not only that, but if you are abusing our promotions from multiple accounts, it can lead to having all of your accounts banned.
