Space Mining: Qtum Foundation and SpaceChain Foundation announced a partnership

Featured Comment

Qtum Foundation and the SpaceChain Foundation announced cooperation to launch standardized cube-satellite satellites into space thanks to which Qtum Foundation will be able to extract tokens on inexpensive Raspberry Pi single-board computers.
According to experts from the Qtum Foundation, at the moment there are 2 problems on the way to massive use of crypto currency:

lack of legislative base in many countries regulating this sphere;
the consensus algorithm Proof-Of-Work, because of which the maintenance of block-network requires a lot of money.
The network of satellites-cufts in space will enable Qtum users to reduce energy consumption of modern equipment for mining several times, and will also simplify the management of this field.
